Testimonials

  • For the past six years, Kataneh has been invaluable at helping me recover after my spinal surgery. When I began seeing her, I was in constant pain and relied on painkillers to get through the day. However, with Kataneh's guidance and encouragement, I have made significant progress and no longer need medication to manage my pain. Kataneh is an excellent coach who pushes me to achieve my full potential and I truly enjoy the personal sessions with her.

  • Kataneh's Pilates classes are great. She has a lovely sense of humour which makes everyone feel relaxed. I have been going now for a year following breast cancer, chemo and radiotherapy and definitely feel the benefit. Kataneh is always very careful that we do exercises properly and you feel really well looked after. Her classes are very mixed but she manages to adapt the exercises to suit all levels. I always leave her classes feeling a little bit taller and stronger.

  • I was diagnosed with a type 4 brain tumour just a year ago and obviously this was devastating news and haunts me virtually constantly. When I’m physically fit enough between chemo I have been encouraged by my fantastic Pilates teacher, Kat, to attend her class. Kat is so positive about things, so understanding and all I can do is thank her for treating me so kindly. I look forward to the weekly sessions where I can loose myself in her class in which new things are introduced making them fresh. Kat knows all the individual members of her classes and modifies some of the movements for certain participants.
