Core Pilates Class

This class is an intermediate Level one Pilates mat routine. The routine emphasises building abdominal, leg, and back strength, while also providing stretches for the entire body.

Mixed Ability

Physio Pilates Class

This is a beginner Level 3 class and it is suitable for people who have done Pilates, Yoga or routine workouts. It focuses on general fitness, well being, concentrating on posture and joints stiffness.

St. Luke's Church Hall offers two Pilates classes: Core Pilates and Physio Pilates. Core Pilates is an intermediate-level class focusing on building abdominal, leg, and back strength, while Physio Pilates is a beginner-level class concentrating on improving general fitness and well-being, with a focus on posture and joint stiffness.

Gold Zumba takes place every Monday 10:30am-11:30am

A low intensity dance exercise class designed in a simple way to follow steps and a slower pace.

KK Pilates also offers a Gold Zumba class that takes place at St Luke Church Hall

This mat Pilates class is ideal for those who are prepared to advance to the Improver Level. Kataneh always prioritises the enhancement of everyones technique and posture. The class uses light equipment to increase body awareness and engage all muscles for a complete full-body workout.

Wellness Pilates Class

This mat Pilates class is at the Improver Level 1 and emphasises increasing body awareness, enhancing spinal stabilisation, and improving overall core strength. Suitable for runners, swimmers and cyclists.

Pilates Plus Class

This Pilates mat routine is at the Improver Level 2 and allows you to follow along, modifying positions as necessary or taking on more advanced poses. Suitable for runners, swimmers and cyclists.
